Dear Dr. Fell:

I found my first visit to Brighton Eye on December 15, 2011 to be a wonderful experience. I did not think of it as a doctor’s visit, as most people might do, but as an afternoon well spent. I would like to commend you and your staff for your very efficient and attentive service to your patients, and your warm welcoming and courteous reception.

Needless to say, I found Dr. Babayev, your receptionists, and assistant David, equally a pleasure to communicate with during my examination there. I feel it necessary when a customer or patient receives services anywhere that echo words such as warm, caring and courteous, and leave an establishment with a sense of purpose fulfilled and appreciation, that message should be conveyed to the provider, in this case, you -- Dr. Fell, just to let you know you are doing something definitely right.

I wish you and your staff a blessed holiday season and continued good work in bringing service such as yours to patients, and a New Year filled with positive vibrations.

I pen this ode for I would like to tell
You of a surgeon: Doctor Millie Fell.
Of rushing with her patients she is loath
Personifies the Hippocratic Oath.
Exhibiting her meaningful concern,
Allaying all her patients' fears in turn.
And when one is in need of surgery
Performs with manual dexterity
Explaining every step with utmost tact
Until removal of the cataract.

Why choose Dr. Fell for cataract surgery?

In March, 2009 I had cataract surgery on my left eye with Dr. M. Fell, and my vision of “legally blind”, became 20/25 after successful surgery. Prior to surgery, I could’t see the large E on the eye chart. Colors became vividly bright and I could see what I hadn’t seen for the past 30 years in my “Lazy Left Eye”.

Because the surgery outcome was so successful with the medical expertise of Dr. Fell, I had cataract surgery on my “working” right eye in Oct. 2009. Both surgeries went so smoothly without pain, under the best medical conditions, and the healing process gave me NEW eyes. I can see with 20/20 vision in my right eye, and colors are even more colorful than expected.
